Hello and welcome to the Raiders Wheelchair Basketball Club website. Raiders, established in 1998, is the leading wheelchair basketball club in London and the South East. Raiders first team currently compete in the Super League placing the team amongst the top eight teams in the UK. The second team is competing in the 2nd Division South.

We hold two training sessions a week. Our main session, including the junior development, is held at Mile End Leisure Centre every Friday from 8pm to 10pm (junior session will be starting in November from 7pm till 8pm). Raiders also train in west London at the Kensington Sports Centre every Monday evening from 7.30pm to 10pm. Our home games are played at Mile End Park Leisure Centre. Raiders and GLL team up to boost London Wheelchair Basketball

A sponsorship deal between the Raiders Wheelchair Basketball Club, social enterprise GLL and the GLL Sport Foundation has been signed to help develop the sport within London.

The Raiders are the leading Wheelchair Basketball team in the Capital, having been promoted to the elite National Super League. The Raiders also have a second team in National League 2 and as part of this sponsorship deal will launch a new initiative to get more young people and women players to participate in the sport.
